Duration : 1 year.

Objective:

Advacnce Diploma in Computer Applications (ADCA) offered by ESS is an initiation programme for students to gain fundamental knowledge of computer, operating systems, computational techniques, database management and the fundamental principles of programming. ADCA - refers to the collective hardware, software and processes that enable automation of the information processing and communication tasks in an organization. It involves using computers and software to digitize, store, process and communicate most routine tasks and processes in a standard office.

• Office Automation (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Network Fundamentals
• Web Design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML)
• Database Management System
• Application Development Using PHP
• Introduction to Multimedia & Photoshop
• PROJECT

Examination Pattern:

The theory examination for each module under the syllabus would be for duration of three hours and the total marks for each subject would be 100.

Result of Examination:

Result of ADCA examination is published by the institute in normally after 2 months of completion of the exam. Students can check their result from this website and download. The result will be provided in the form of Grade. The mark scored in practical paper is not counted for calculating overall grade of the exam but, clearing practical paper is the necessary criteria for awarding the certificate.
